Hogaanka sare ee shirkaddaha

Golaha agaasinka (board of directors):

·         Caawinta shirkadda si ay u gaarto ujeedooyinkeeda (objectives).

Shaqooyinka ay qabtaan golaha sare ee agaasinku waa ay kala duwan tahay shirkadd ilaa shirkadd waxaa ay ku xiran tahay baaxada shirkad iyo baahideeda.

 

Saamilayaasha (shareholders):

Maamulka sare (senior management):

Waa koox ka kooban shaqsiyaadka u sareeya ee maamulka shirkadda waxa kale oo loo yaqaanaa C-Level. Shaqadooduna waa masuuliyadda shaqo maalmeedka shirkadda, waxaana ay qabtaan shaqooyin kalo duwan oo ay u dhiibeen agaasinka sare ee shirkadda (board of directors) ama saamilaydu (shareholders).

Madaxa sare ee fulinta (chief executive officer (CEO):

CEO waa qaybta ugu muhiimsan ee maamulka shirkadd waana shaqsiga ugu sareeya ee shirkadd, iskaashato ama hay’add waxaana magacaaba golaha agaasinka (board of directors). Badanaa shirkadaha yaryar waa isku mid agaasimaha guud iyo CEO.

Shaqada CEO:

·         Waa hogaamiyaha, qorsheeyaha, habeeyaha, dhamaan laamaha kale sida qorshaynta ganacsiga (business planning) iyo qorshaynta xeeladaha (strategy planning).

·         Waxa uu sameeyaa xeelad iyo ujeedadii lagu horu marin lahaa shirkadda.

·         Waxa uu galaa wixii heshiis ah ee ay u baahan tahay shirkaddu (partnerships).

·         Waxa uu dhisaa dad wada shaqaynaaya asaga ayaa magacaaba ama erya maareeyayaasha sare ee shirkadda (senior managers).

Gudoomiye (chairman):

Shirgudoomiye ama gudoomiye waa gudoomiyaha koox, shir, guddi, shirkadd ama urur. Shaqooyinka ama waajibaadyada gudoomiyaha waxaa ay ku xiran tahay kolba nooca shirkadda iyo baaxadeeda. Waxaa uu ku yimaadaa doorashada koox sida kooxda agaasinka, guddi (committee) ama kulan la isugu yimid.

Agaasimaha guud (Managing director):

Agaasimaha guud waa maamulka usareeya shirkadda badanaa waxaa laga isticmaalaa wadamada qaar kood sida UK, India, New zealand, Australia and Europe waxaanay u dhigantaa CEO oo laga isticmaalo USA. Agaasimaha guud waxa uu masuul ka yahay shaqo maalmeedka shirkadda.

Faraqa u dhaxeeya managing director (MD) iyo chief executive officer (CEO):

·         Agaasimaha guud (managing director) wuxuu masuul ka yahay shaqo maalmeedka shirkadda, laakiin CEO masuul kama aha shaqo maalmeedka shirkadda.

·         Agaasimaha guud (MD) wuxuu xubin ka yahay golaha agaasinka (board of directors), laakiin CEO wuxuu ka mid yahay shaqaalaha shirkadda ee caadiga ah.

·         Agaasinka guud wuxuu masuul ka yahay dhamaan maamulka shirkadda oo dhan, laakiin CEO wuxuu masuul ka yahay fudaydinta ganacsiga shirkadda waxa kale oo uu diyaariyaa aragtida shirkaddu ku soconayso gudaha iyo dibadaba.

·         Agaasinka guud wuxuu masuul ka yahay talaabo kasta oo shirkaddu qaadayso asaga ayaana la xiriiraya saamilayda.
